| Facilities Under Enforcement Review | ||||||
| The food facilities listed below are under enforcement review. These facilities may have one or more of the following occurring: a history of repeat violations that could lead to a foodborne illness, a high number of critical violations, multiple follow-up inspections to get violations corrected, involvement in a disease outbreak, or may owe a civil penalty. Prior to bringing a facility into an enforcement review, inspectors work closely with operators to educate them on the requirements of the regulation, proper sanitation methods, and encourage formal food safety training. The facilities listed below may be in different stages of the enforcement review process from pre-enforcement meetings/warnings with the facility owner and monitoring the facility to civil penalty assessments and/or license suspension or revocation as prescribed by state statute. Facilities operating while under enforcement review are inspected more frequently so the health department can monitor the situation. In many cases, facilities begin to improve over time. | ||||||
