  • Non-Critical, Minor or Good Retail Practice Violations: These violations are not directly related to the cause of illness or injury, but if uncorrected, could negatively affect the operation of the facility, such as maintenance and cleanliness.

Inspector Comments: The facility could not provide a Certified Food Protection Manager certificate.

Proper cold holding temperatures
Inspector Comments: Single-serve containers of cream cheese (46°F) and yogurt (44°F) located at the self-serve counter measured greater than 41°F. Corrective Action: The inspector educated the person in charge regarding the possibility of a time as a public health control plan, as well as how to improve the ice bath for the yogurt. The person in charge agreed to change out the ice block for a fresh one to rapidly cool the cream cheese.

Inspector Comments: Proper signage informing employees to wash their hands was missing from the following hand sinks: the kitchen hand sink and the employee restroom hand sink. Corrective action: proper signage was provided to the person in charge.

Inspector Comments: The facility could not provide a food probe thermometer capable of measuring between 0°F - 220°F upon request. Corrective action: re-inspection needed.

Inspector Comments: A stack of coffee filters were stored with their food contact surfaces facing upwards on the food preparation table next to the coffee machine.
