Inspector Comments: The hand sink in the kitchen was not equipped with soap and paper towels (priority foundation). The hand sink between the bars was not equipped with soap (priority foundation). Hand sinks were not equipped with signs reminding employees to wash their hands (core).
Corrective Action: Soap and paper towels were provided at all hand sinks.

Inspector Comments: Several hand sinks in the kitchen were not provided with handwashing reminder signs. Several hand sinks throughout the kitchen were not provided with soap. Several hand sinks throughout the kitchen were not provided with drying devices.
Corrective Action: The facility places soap and paper towels at the hand sinks.
