Inspector Comments: 7-102.11 Common Name-Working Containers (Pf): A chemical spray bottle stored in the back by the three compartment sink was not labeled as to its contents. Corrective Action: The spray bottle was labeled by the manager.

Inspector Comments: 5-202.13 Backflow Prevention, Air Gap (P): The hand sprayer used at the three compartment sink was hanging below the flood rim of the sink while not in use. Corrective Action: A maintenance technician was called during the inspection to make repairs.

Inspector Comments: Bottles of chemicals were stored next to coffee filters in the back store room. Corrective Action: Bottles were moved to an appropriate location. 7-103: Toxic products are improperly stored in the facility.
