Inspectors work with operators to make sure that these violations are corrected whenever feasible before they leave the establishment. A re-inspection may be scheduled to verify compliance.
  • Non-Critical, Minor or Good Retail Practice Violations: These violations are not directly related to the cause of illness or injury, but if uncorrected, could negatively affect the operation of the facility, such as maintenance and cleanliness.

Inspector Comments: 3-501.19 Time as a Public Health Control (P) Sliced melons, hard boiled eggs, cream cheese packets, shredded cheese, and waffle mix were governed by time as a public health control without an approved plan and measured above 41°F. A plan was written and provided to the operator.

Inspector Comments: Coffee filters stored outside of the packaging were stored with their food contact surface area exposed located on top of the coffee maker in the back kitchen area.
