Inspector Comments: 2-401.11 Eating, Drinking, or Using Tobacco (C) -Several unapproved employee beverages were stored on a shelf above the preparation table located across from the ware washing hand sink. Corrective Action: Approved beverage containers and location were discussed with staff.

Inspector Comments: 4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment (C) -A gasket on the reach in refrigerator located at the entrance to the front kitchen area was torn. 4-402.11 Fixed Equipment, Spacing or Sealing-Installation (C) -The caulking on the mop sink located next to the ice machine was moldy.

Inspector Comments: 4-601.11(C) Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils (C) -The soda machines in the customer self service area were soiled with dust. The vent on the back of the Icee machines were soiled with dust.

Inspector Comments: 5-205.15 System Maintained in Good Repair (C) -The hand sink in the ware washing area was slow to drain. 5-202.14 Backflow Prevention Device, Design Standard (P) -A y-valve with shut offs was present downstream of the atmospheric vacuum breaker on the mop sinks next to the ice machine and in the housekeeping closet. Corrective Action: Staff will either remove the y valve or attach a hose bib AVB to each side of the y valve.
