Inspector Comments: The front counter hand sink in the snack shack was not supplied with paper towels. The hand sinks in the snack shack and in the two poolside bars were not labeled with a sign stating "Employees must wash hands." Corrective Action: An area for paper towels was identified and supplied with paper towels. Facility to obtain handwashing signs.

Inspector Comments: The faucet on the three compartment sink in the outside dining area bar was not able to reach all three compartments.

Inspector Comments: The faucet in the poolside bar was installed behind the glass scrubbers in the three compartment sink making it impossible to swivel and fill the other two compartments. The faucet in the lower deck bar was too small to reach all three compartments.

Inspector Comments: A soda gun was observed soaking in a container of sanitizer water while still attached to the plumbing system resulting in the potential for back flow issues. Corrective Action: Discussed backflow and proper cleaning methods for the soda gun.
