Inspector Comments: 3-202.15 Package Integrity (Pf) A dented can of tomato bits was stored with wholesome cans in the dry storage area. Corrective action: Dented can policy was discussed with the person in charge and the can was moved away from wholesome cans.

Inspector Comments: 4-601.11(A) Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils (Pf) The food contact surface of the ice deflector sheild in the ice machine was soiled. Corrective action: Cleaning frequencies of food contact surfaces was discussed with the person in charge.

Inspector Comments: 5-202.14 Backflow Prevention Device, Design Standard (P) A sprayer was present downstream from the Atmospheric Vacuum Breaker (AVB) on the mop sink. Corrective action: The person in charge was educated to disconnect the sprayer and/or hose from the faucet so it is not downstream from the AVB which could cause back flow.
