Inspector Comments: Numerous rodent droppings were observed through out the kitchen: in cupboards and under steam tables at the main serving counter, on the floor in corners through out the kitchen, under dry storage shelves, on boxes of fruit, on cans of food, on boxes of food, on the floor by the upper serving area, and on bread items in dry storage. Dead rodents were observed in traps in the dry storage area and in the side serving station.
