  • Non-Critical, Minor or Good Retail Practice Violations: These violations are not directly related to the cause of illness or injury, but if uncorrected, could negatively affect the operation of the facility, such as maintenance and cleanliness.

Hands clean & properly washed
Inspector Comments: An employee was observed touching their face and then proceeding to make a hot drink without washing their hands in between. Corrective action: proper hand washing procedures and times were discussed with the person in charge.
10 - Foodborne Illness Risk Factors
Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
Inspector Comments: The hot water of all the hand sinks in the facility did not reach 100° F after continuous use. Corrective action: follow-up will be conducted to ensure the water heater is properly working and all hand sinks are supplied with hot water of at least 100° F.
16 - Foodborne Illness Risk Factors
Food contact surfaces; cleaned & sanitized
Inspector Comments: As per the person in charge, food contact surfaces were not being cleaned and sanitized at least every four hours. Corrective action: the inspector instructed the person in charge to clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces at least every four hours.
