  • Non-Critical, Minor or Good Retail Practice Violations: These violations are not directly related to the cause of illness or injury, but if uncorrected, could negatively affect the operation of the facility, such as maintenance and cleanliness.

Hands clean & properly washed
Inspector Comments: 2-301.14 When to Wash (P) -A gloved employee was observed changing tasks from cleaning to cooking without first removing their gloves and washing their hands. An employee was observed handling customer payment at the drive through window then touching clean dishes without first washing their hands. Corrective Action: Education was provided regarding proper hand washing times.
10 - Foodborne Illness Risk Factors
Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
Inspector Comments: 5-205.11 Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance (Pf) -A stack of treys was observed in the basin of the hand sink in the potato cutting area of the kitchen. Corrective Action: Staff removed the treys from the hand sink and education was provided regarding using hand sinks for hand washing only.

Time as a Public Health Control; procedures & records
Inspector Comments: 3-501.19 Time as a Public Health Control (P) -A Time as a Public Health Control Plan for sliced cheese left out of refrigeration on a shelf on the cooks line was not included in their most current TAPHC plan. Corrective Action: Staff will update their plan and submit to TCHD inspector and will ensure all cheese is marked with the time it is removed from refrigeration.
