Inspectors work with operators to make sure that these violations are corrected whenever feasible before they leave the establishment. A re-inspection may be scheduled to verify compliance.
  • Non-Critical, Minor or Good Retail Practice Violations: These violations are not directly related to the cause of illness or injury, but if uncorrected, could negatively affect the operation of the facility, such as maintenance and cleanliness.

Inspector Comments: The sanitizer spray bottle was not labeled with its intended use. Corrective action: Discussed labeling requirements with the director. The director stated that the bottle will be labeled. The bleach sanitizer in the spray bottle tested below 50ppm chlorine residual. Corrective action: Discussed proper bleach sanitizer concentration of 50-200ppm chlorine residual with the director. The director stated that the sanitizer would be remade.

Inspector Comments: The disinfectant spray bottle was not labeled as to its contents and intended use. Corrective action: Discussed labeling requirements with the director. The director stated that the bottle will be labeled.
