Corrective action: The inspector educated the person in charge on symptoms requiring exclusion and provided a handout.

Inspector Comments: 2-501.11 Clean-up of Vomiting and Diarrheal Events (Pf) The facility did not have adequate procedures for cleaning up after vomit/diarrhea events. Corrective action: The inspector provided a handout with a sample procedure.

Inspector Comments: 5-202.12 Handwashing Sinks, Installation (Pf) The temperature of water at the portable restroom combined faucet hand sink (75-76°F) did not reach at least 100°F. 5-202.12 Handwashing Sinks, Installation (C) The length of time that the portable restroom metered faucet hand sink remained on (3 seconds) without reactivating the faucet was less than 15 seconds. 6-301.14 Handwashing Signage (C) The portable restroom hand sink did not have a sign that told employees to wash their hands.

Inspector Comments: 3-501.16(A)(2) Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Hot and Cold Holding (P) The following foods in the open air display refrigerator were stored at 44-54°F (above 41°F): milk, chocolate milk, and Lunchables brand cheese, ham, turkey, and pepperoni. Corrective action: These foods were voluntarily condemned.
