Inspector Comments: 5-103.12 Pressure (Pf) - Adequate hot water pressure was not provided at the hand sink in the ware washing area. Corrective action: The person in charge stated that the maintenance team will be notified.

Inspector Comments: 5-205.15 System Maintained in Good Repair (C) - The atmospheric vacuum breaker on the mop sink faucet was leaking upon inspection.

Inspector Comments: Bleu cheese dressing in the four door reach in refrigerator on the preparation line did not have proper date marking. Bleu cheese dressing was immediately discarded.
