Inspector Comments: 2-301.14 When to Wash (P) An employee was observed switching tasks from taking customer orders and payments to putting on gloves for food preparation without washing their hands on multiple occasions. Corrective action: times when hand washing is required were discussed with the person in charge. 2-301.12 Cleaning Procedure (P) An employee was observed washing their hands for less than 20 seconds in the back kitchen hand sink. Corrective action: proper hand washing procedures were discussed.

Inspector Comments: 3-304.14 Wiping Cloths, Use Limitation (C) Two buckets of sanitizer, one in the ware washing area and another one in the topping station of the front kitchen, measured less than 50 ppm residual chlorine.

Inspector Comments: 4-601.11(B) Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils (C) The following were visibly soiled with food debris in the back kitchen: the inside of the microwave in the food prep counter, the inside of the ice machine, and inside the two-door standing freezer.

Inspector Comments: Multiple food items throughout the entire facility were not properly date marked as per regulation requirements. Corrective Action: Proper date marking procedures was discussed with facility operator.

Inspector Comments: The cold top refrigerator door gaskets were soiled with food debris. The interior of multiple freezers had severe frost and ice accumulation.
