Inspector Comments: 6-301.12 Hand Drying Provision (Pf) Paper towels were not available at the restroom hand sink. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Inspector had an employee restock the restroom hand sink with paper towels. 5-205.11 Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance (Pf) A pot was stored in the basin of the hand sink next to the walk in refrigerator. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Inspector had an employee remove the pot from the hand sink basin and educated the employee on proper hand sink use. 6-301.14 Handwashing Signage (C) The restroom hand sink was missing a hand washing sign addressing employees to wash their hands.
