5-205.11 Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance (Pf)
A mop head and towel were stored on the basin of the hand sink next to the three compartment sink.
Corrective action: The person in charge moved the items. Discussed using hand sinks for hand washing only with the person in charge.
6-301.11 Handwashing Cleanser, Availability (Pf)
Soap was not available at the hand sink across from the dump sink.
Corrective action: The person in charge supplied soap.

Test strips were not provided to measure the concentration of the fruit and vegetable wash.
Corrective action: Discussed purchasing test strips to ensure the appropriate concentration is being used with the person in charge.
