Inspections are based on regulations to eliminate risk factors for illness or injury. Every violation is coded indicating the degree of risk in causing an illness or injury.

Poisonous Or Toxic Items: Properly stored
Inspector Comments: A spray can of Lysol Disinfectant Spray was observed on a food preparation table on the left side of the kitchen. A bottle of bleach, a container of disinfecting wipes, and a spray bottle of bleach and water were stored on top of the single door reach in freezer. A container of Clorox disinfecting wipes, a spray bottle of sanitizer, a bottle of hand sanitizer, and a spray bottle of Spic and Span cleaner was stored next to single use paper trays, napkins, utensils, and single use aluminum take out containers located on the tables on the right side of the dining room. Corrected during inspection by relocating all chemicals to approved locations in the kitchen and dining area.

Inspector Comments: A spray bottle containing an unknown blue chemical was unlabeled as to its contents on the drying counter of the right three compartment sink. Corrected during inspection by labeling the container as a chemical bottle.

Inspector Comments: A spray bottle of water was unlabeled as to its contents located in the two door reach in cabinet adjacent to the right three compartment sink.

Inspector Comments: The back three compartment sink was not properly sealed to the wall. The right three compartment sink was not properly sealed to the wall.

Inspector Comments: The single door reach in refrigerator was missing a thermometer.

Inspector Comments: A case of single use styrofoam cups were stored on the ground next to the back three compartment sink. A case of single use styrofoam cups were stored on the ground next to the metal cabinets adjacent to the cook line.

Inspector Comments: The light bulb in the single door reach in refrigerator was non- functional. The light fixture above the produce storage area in the dining room was not connected properly to the ceiling and beginning to fall down.
