Inspector Comments: 6-301.11 Handwashing Cleanser, Availability (Pf) 6-301.12 Hand Drying Provision (Pf) 6-301.14 Handwashing Signage (C): None of the hand sinks in the entire facility were supplied with soap, paper towels, and a sign to remind employees to wash their hands. Corrective Action: Education on the importance of keeping hand sinks supplied was provided.

Corrective Action: The dented cans were removed by the manager.
