Inspector Comments: 4-601.11(A) Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils (Pf) The ice dispenser on the customer self-service soda machine were soiled. Corrective action: Discussed cleaning frequency with the person in charge. The person in charge cleaned the ice dispenser.

Inspector Comments: 3-501.15 Cooling Methods (Pf) Two containers of cooked chicken were improperly cooling while covered in the cold top three door reach-in refrigerator next to the point of sale area. Corrective action: Discussed proper cooling procedures with the person in charge. The chicken was uncovered.
