The ice dispenser on the customer self-service soda machine were soiled.
Corrective action: Discussed cleaning frequency with the person in charge. The person in charge cleaned the ice dispenser.

Two containers of cooked chicken were improperly cooling while covered in the cold top three door reach-in refrigerator next to the point of sale area.
Corrective action: Discussed proper cooling procedures with the person in charge. The chicken was uncovered.
