Corrective Action: The person in charge date marked the chicken fillets.

Inspector Comments: Multiple employees were observed washing their hands for less than 20 seconds at the cook line hand sink. Corrective action: discussed proper hand washing procedures with the person in charge.

Inspector Comments: Multiple stacks of single-use take out containers were stored upright thus unprotected throughout the cook line.
