Corrective action: The person in charge discarded the dented can.

Juice, that is not pasteurized, did not have a consumer warning label.
Corrective action: The person in charge has ordered new bottles with the label printed in the plastic. Until the bottles are received a warning label will be either on the menu or as a table tent near the point of sale for the juices for consumers to review before consumption.

Corrective action: The person in charge immediately moved the employee food to prevent contamination of consumer food.
