  • Non-Critical, Minor or Good Retail Practice Violations: These violations are not directly related to the cause of illness or injury, but if uncorrected, could negatively affect the operation of the facility, such as maintenance and cleanliness.

Inspector Comments: 3-404.11 Treating Juice (Pf) Juice, that is not pasteurized, did not have a consumer warning label. Corrective action: The person in charge has ordered new bottles with the label printed in the plastic. Until the bottles are received a warning label will be either on the menu or as a table tent near the point of sale for the juices for consumers to review before consumption.

Inspector Comments: 6-301.12 Hand Drying Provision (Pf) Paper towels were not provided at the hand washing sink on the preparation line. Corrective action: Person in charge provided paper towels.
