Inspector Comments: 5-205.11 Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance (Pf) Items were stored in the hand sink basin located next to the three compartment sink. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Items were removed from the hand sink basin. 6-301.11 Handwashing Cleanser, Availability (Pf) Soap was not available at the hand sink located next to the ice machine. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Soap was re-stocked at the hand sink. 6-301.14 Handwashing Signage (C) Signage stating for employees to wash their hands were not provided to the hand sinks located next to the ice machine, next to the three compartment sink and at the hand sinks in the restrooms.
