Inspector Comments: Soap and paper towels were not available at multiple hand sinks throughout the facility. Corrective Action: soap and paper towels were provided at the time of inspection.

Food in good condition, safe, & unadulterated
Inspector Comments: A cooked chicken in unsound condition was found inside of the microwave in the kitchen. Unwholesome limes were stored inside of the beer cooler at the bar. Several customer drink bottles were observed with mold and rust in the beer cooler at the bar. Corrective Action: Items were discarded by operator at the time of inspection.

Inspector Comments: Multiple containers with cleaning solutions were stored above food and single service items in the storage cabinet at the cook line. Corrective Action: all cleaning supplies were moved to the ware washing area at the time of inspection.
