Inspectors work with operators to make sure that these violations are corrected whenever feasible before they leave the establishment. A re-inspection may be scheduled to verify compliance.
  • Non-Critical, Minor or Good Retail Practice Violations: These violations are not directly related to the cause of illness or injury, but if uncorrected, could negatively affect the operation of the facility, such as maintenance and cleanliness.

Inspector Comments: Milked coffee was 46-49°F in the left reach-in cooler by the blenders. Product was voluntarily condemned. Discussed importance of proper temperatures with manager to review with staff.

Inspector Comments: Several chemicals were stored above the dishmachine. Several chemical spray bottles were stored above the basin of the back area handsink. The chemicals were relocated to approved locations.

Inspector Comments: Saran wrap was stored directly under the drain pipe of the dumpsink.
