Inspector Comments: 4-601.11(A) Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils (Pf) -The ice deflector shield on the ice machine was soiled. Corrective action: The person in charge was educated on the proper cleaning frequency. 4-702.11 Before Use After Cleaning (P) -The coffee pots and lids were not being washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Corrective action: Discussed proper cleaning procedures with the person in charge. Provided manual cleaning handout.
