Inspector Comments: Three containers of strawberries stored within the single door stand up cooler located in the rear food preparation area had visible signs of spoilage. The person in charge discarded the strawberries, violation corrected.

Inspector Comments: A gloved employee mopped the floor then removed their gloves and donned a new pair in order to handle ready-to-eat food items without washing their hands in between tasks. When notified the employee removed their gloves and demonstrated a proper hand wash before continuing to food handle, violation corrected.

Inspector Comments: An approved employee drink was improperly stored above exposed ready-to-eat granola stored on the dry storage rack located near the facility's exit. The employee relocated their drink to an approved location, violation corrected.

Inspector Comments: A spray bottle filled with window cleaner was improperly stored on top of the facility's ice machine. The person in charge relocated the spray bottle to an approved location, violation corrected.

Inspector Comments: Several dishes were stacked wet on the drying rack located near the facility's three compartment sink.
