  • Non-Critical, Minor or Good Retail Practice Violations: These violations are not directly related to the cause of illness or injury, but if uncorrected, could negatively affect the operation of the facility, such as maintenance and cleanliness.

Inspector Comments: 3-501.19 Time as a Public Health Control (Pf) Deep-fried onion straws located at the cold top and held at room temperature under a time as a public health control plan were not marked with a time of discard. Corrective Action: The person in charge discarded the unmarked onion straws.

Inspector Comments: An employee at the grill line was observed touching their face and then proceeded to handle food without first washing hands. Corrective Action: The inspector reviewed proper hand washing times with the person in charge.

Inspector Comments: 4-501.114 Manual and Mechanical Warewashing Equipment, Chemical Sanitization-Temperature, pH, Concentration and Hardness (P) The dishmachine was not provided with at least 25 ppm required chlorine based sanitizer at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: The operator replaced the sanitizer container and rewashed the utensils in the dishmachine. The sanitizer concentration read about 50 ppm.
