Inspector Comments: 3-501.16(A)(2) Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Hot and Cold Holding (P) Greek meat (45°F-49°F) was stored above 41°F in the cold top unit on the cook line. Corrective action: The greek meat was moved to the refrigerator maintaining a temperature of 41°F. Discussed food storage levels with the operator as well.
