Inspector Comments: Chemicals were stored next to clean food containers near the three-compartment sink. (Priority) Corrective Action: Educated general manager about options to provide separation between the chemicals and clean equipment.

Inspector Comments: The door gaskets on the ice cream machines were torn (Core). The cutting board on the cold-top cooler was deeply grooved and stained (Priority fountain). Corrective Action: Discussed cleaning or replacing the cutting board with management.
