The inspection history for the business you selected is displayed below. Each inspection may have zero or more violations. A health inspection report is a "snapshot" of the day and time of the inspection. On any given day, an establishment could have more or fewer violations than noted here. Inspections are based on regulations to eliminate risk factors for illness or injury. Every violation is coded indicating the degree of risk in causing an illness or injury.

  • Critical, Major, or Foodborne Illness Risk Factor Violations: These violations are more likely than other violations to contribute to illness or injury. Inspectors work with operators to make sure that these violations are corrected whenever feasible before they leave the establishment. A re-inspection may be scheduled to verify compliance.
  • Non-Critical, Minor or Good Retail Practice Violations: These violations are not directly related to the cause of illness or injury, but if uncorrected, could negatively affect the operation of the facility, such as maintenance and cleanliness.

Inspector Comments: Dented cans of bamboo shoots (2ea) and baby corn wore stored with wholesome cans on the can rack in the kitchen. Discussed dented can policy with the manager. Turkey sausage (77°F) was improperly cooling in a seal container in the walk in refrigerator. The lid was removed immediately. Discussed proper cooling methods with the manager. A towel was stored in the basin of the hand sink in the dish washing machine area. Discussed using all hand sinks for hand washing only with the manager.

Inspector Comments: Paper towels were not present at the hand sinks next to the ice machine and on the cook line in the kitchen. Raw shell eggs were present over ready-to-eat food items in the walk-in refrigerator. The concentration of quaternary ammonia was greater than 400 parts per million in all of the sanitizer spray bottles in the kitchen. A food container was re-used to store chemicals in the chemical storage area.

Cooked noodles in sausage sauce was 51°F after improperly cooling overnight in the walk-in refrigerator. A can of tomato ketchup was a dented bottom seam was stored with wholesome cans on the can storage rack. Two chemical spray bottles were not labeled as to their contents under the front counter. Chemicals were stored in plastic water bottles in the chemical storage area. Lighter fluid was stored next to and above customer single service items in the dry storage area.
