Inspector Comments: 5-205.11 Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance (Pf) - A stainer was observed being stored in the handwashing sink in the bar area. Corrective action: Education was provided on using the handwashing sink for handwashing only. 6-301.14 Handwashing Signage (C) -Signs were not provided at the handwashing sinks prompting employees to wash hands.

Corrective action: Staff remade the sanitizer to the correct concentration.
