Corrective action: TCHD will email a written procedure for the clean up of vomit and diarrhea to be kept at the facility.

Inspector Comments: 6-301.12 Hand Drying Provision (Pf) - The hand washing sink across from the dry storage area of the kitchen did not have paper towels available. The hand washing sink in the mens bathroom did not have paper towels available. Corrective action: Staff replaced the paper towels at both of the hand sink paper towel dispensers.

Inspector Comments: An employee was observed eating a tortilla chip while wearing gloves, then proceeded to handle ready-to-eat tortilla chips without first washing their hands. An employee was observed sweeping with glove hands, then proceeded to handle new single service cups without washing their hands first. Corrective action: Educated manager and employees on proper times to wash hands.

Inspector Comments: The drive through hand sink was measured at 134°F on a mixing valve and was considered inaccessible for hand washing. Corrective action: Operator adjusted mixing valve to an accessible temperature (<120°F).
