Inspector Comments: An employee was observed sweeping then switching to food prep without washing their hands in between. Corrective Action: The inspector discussed when hands should be washed with the person in charge.

Inspector Comments: A shut-off valve was observed downstream of the mop sink atmospheric vacuum breaker (backflow preventer) and the backflow preventer was not designed for continuous pressure. Corrective Action: The inspector educated the person in charge to install a hose bib atmospheric vacuum breaker downstream of the shut-off valve.

Inspector Comments: The water used for washing dishes in the wash compartment of the three compartment sink was 91°F. The maximum water temperature at the three compartment sink faucet was 99°F.
