Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
Inspector Comments: 5-205.11 Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance (Pf) - A pitcher was stored in the basin of the hand sink near the deep fryers. An employee was observed dumping drinks in the hand sink near the service window. A hand sink was being used to store dishes near the preparation sink. The foot peddle to turn on water on the hand sink near the service window was inaccessible due to a sanitizer bucket stored in the way. Paper towels at the hand sink were not provided to the hand sink by the service area or the office area.

Inspector Comments: The walls near the hot water heater were in disrepair. The ventilation hoods above the cooks line were soiled with dust.
