Inspector Comments: A blue towel was stored in the basin of the hand sink adjacent to the cook line. Corrective action: the blue towel was removed from the hand sink basin. Hand soap was missing from the hand sink located in the back dry storage area.

Inspector Comments: During active ware washing, an employee immersed a fryer basket in sanitizer for 15 seconds. Corrective action: discussed with the person in charge that dishes and utensils should be immersed in sanitizer for at least 1-2 minutes.

Inspector Comments: A shutoff valve was observed below the atmospheric vacuum breaker on the mop sink. A sprayer nozzle was observed attached to a water supply that was not equipped with a back flow device. Facility shall install either a hose bib atmospheric vacuum breaker or pressure vacuum breaker to the line with the sprayer hose attached and a hose bib atmospheric vacuum breaker below the switch valve located on the mop sink. Follow up required.
