Hot water of at least 100°F was not immediately accessible at the hand washing sink by the entrance of the kitchen.
Corrective action: The person in charge serviced the hand washing sink and provided hot water that measured at least 100°F.
6-301.14 Handwashing Signage (C)
Signs stating that employees must wash hands were not provided at the hand washing sinks on the cook line and by the ware washing area.
Corrective action: Provided hand washing signage to the person in charge.
