Inspector Comments: Weir gates were missing on the skimmers for both pools.
|
11a - Non-Critical |
Mechanical Room: Recirculation System, Piping, and Maindrains |
Inspector Comments: Both piping systems were not color coded (suction lines from pool up to filter should be colored yellow. Filtered water lines from the filter to the heater should be colored green. Heated water lines from the heater to the pool should be colored red. Backwash lines should be colored black). The flow meters for both systems were not operational. Vacuum gauges were not provided on the suction lines prior to the pumps on both systems. Schematic diagrams of both systems were not posted in the mechanical room.

Cleaning, Premises Maintained: Hose Bibbs, Pool Cleaning Equipment, Clean Facilities |
Inspector Comments: A shutoff (spray nozzle) was present on the hose downstream of the atmospheric vacuum breaker on the hose bibb nearest the pump room.
|
14c - Non-Critical |
Records and Certifications: Chemical Records Maintained |
Inspector Comments: Free chlorine, pH, and ORP were not recorded three times a day on all days for the small pool. Saturation index was not recorded daily for the small pool.

Deck Areas: Deck Areas |
Inspector Comments: Weir gates were not provided on the skimmers for both pools.
|
11a - Non-Critical |
Mechanical Room: Recirculation System, Piping, and Maindrains |
Inspector Comments: The filtration system piping was incorrectly color coded for both filtration systems (suction lines from the skimmers and main drains to the filters should be yellow, piping from the filters to the heater should be green, piping from the heater to the pool should be red, and backwash lines should be black). The flow meters for both pools were not operational.
|
