Inspector Comments: 5-202.14 Backflow Prevention Device, Design Standard (P) The atmospheric vacuum breaker device installed on the water supply system on the mop sink did not meet American Society of Sanitary Engineering (A.S.S.E.) standards for construction, installation, maintenance, inspection, and testing for that specific application and type of device. Corrective Action: Manager will replace the vacuum breaker as required.
