Inspector Comments: 4-601.11(A) Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils (Pf) -The ice deflector shield on the ice machine was soiled. Corrective action: The person in charge cleaned the ice deflector before the inspection concluded.

Corrective action: Educated the person in charge to ensure that no shutoff valves are downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers. 5-205.15 System Maintained in Good Repair (C) -The sprayer on the pre-rinse side of the dish machine was leaking upon inspection.
