Inspector Comments: A container of shredded mozzarella cheese measured 50°F in the three door reach-in refrigerator. Corrective action: the container of cheese was relocated to the walk-in refrigerator to rapidly cool to 41°F or lower.

Inspector Comments: A thermometer was missing from the interior of the three door reach-in refrigerator. A thermometer was missing from the interior of the sliding two door "Pepsi" refrigerator.
