There were no processes for responding to vomit/diarrheal events.

Employees were not washing their hands for at least 20 seconds because the water was too hot (135°F).

Food contact surfaces on the prep line were routinely sanitized but were not washed and rinsed then sanitized at least every four hours.
Corrective Action: Education on proper dish washing techniques was provided.
