Inspector Comments: 2-301.12 Cleaning Procedure (P). Employees were not washing their hands for at least 20 seconds because the water was too hot (135°F). Corrective Action: Education on proper hand washing procedures was provided.

Inspector Comments: 4-601.11(A) Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils (Pf). Food contact surfaces on the prep line were routinely sanitized but were not washed and rinsed then sanitized at least every four hours. Corrective Action: Education on proper dish washing techniques was provided.
