Inspector Comments: 2-501.11 Clean-up of Vomiting and Diarrheal Events (Pf) Clean-up procedures for a vomit or diarrheal event were not available for review at the time of inspection. Provided the manager on duty the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment clean-up guidance document, violation corrected.

6-501.12 Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions (C) Dust was present on the ceiling vent above the facility's 3-compartment and throughout the ceiling in the walk-in cooler. Soilage was present within the basin on the facility's mop sink.

Inspector Comments: Shredded lettuce (55°F), diced tomatoes (48°F), shredded cheese (47-49°F), sour cream (46-48°F), pico de gallo (52°F), guacamole with cut tomatoes (46°F) in the main cold top refrigerator (top and bottom) cold holding above 41°F.
