The sides of the fries hot hold box were soiled with grease and salt accumulation. The biscuit reach-in refrigerator door gasket was soiled with food debris. The rolling cart for the taco bell tall hot hold boxes were soiled with food and had stagnant water observed in the crevices. The storage rack across from the taco bell fryer station were soiled with grease and dust.

Floor tiles throughout the chicken fryer station and the ware washing area were cracked and damaged. Base covings to the chicken breading station floors were in disrepair. Base coving tiles were missing on either side of the utility closet. 6-501.12 Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions (C); Floor area underneath the taco bell fryer station were soiled with food accumulation, food debris and grease.
