Inspector Comments: The sanitizing solution at the three compartment sink was less than 200 residual quaternary ammonia, employee stated that soap was added to the sanitizer. Corrective Action: Proper mixing of sanitizer was discussed with employee and a new batch of sanitizer for ware washing was remade.
