The following deficiencies were observed in the Lady Bugs classroom:

The paint on the diapering table was chipped.
The ceiling vent above the cubbies was soiled with dust.
The following deficiencies were observed in the Dragonflies classroom:
Unsealed wood was present on the hand washing counter top.
Multiple window sills were soiled with dust.
Multiple floor tiles were chipped or missing.
Pieces of the base coving where the carpet meets the tile was missing.
The base coving below the hand washing sink was missing.
The base coving underneath the cubbies in the Bumble Bees classroom was missing.
The mirror was cracked behind the bar in the Caterpillars classroom.
Tape was present on the diapering table in the Caterpillars classroom.

Table tops were not rinsed in between washing and sanitizing in the bumblebee classroom. Corrective action: Follow up to occur.

The teacher stated the toys in the caterpillar room were washed, rinsed and sanitized weekly instead of daily. Discussed washing, rinsing and sanitizing all toys daily in all infant and toddler rooms with the teacher.
