Inspector Comments: The pre-1978 building had paint chipped in the following areas:
the wall and shelves in the Rainbow room next to the closet, the lower wall in the Purple room on the South West part of the room, the metal surfaces next to the lower portion of the door between the Yellow and Brown rooms, the cabinet in the Blue room on the West portion of the classroom, and the main door jamb to the main door in the Yellow room.

The concentrations of sanitizer chemical spray bottles in multiple classrooms were greater than 200 ppm chlorine residual.

A kitchen staff member was observed changing gloves and serving food to different groups of children without washing their hands prior. The concentration of the disinfectant in the cafeteria was less than 50 ppm chlorine residual. String cheese in the Yellow classroom refrigerator was greater than 50 degrees Fahrenheit for less than 4 hours.
