Inspector Comments: 2-501.11 Clean-up of Vomiting and Diarrheal Events (Pf) Procedures to clean up vomiting or diarrheal incidents were not available at the facility. Corrective action: Written procedures in spanish were given and discussed with owner.

Inspector Comments: 6-301.14 Handwashing Signage (C) Hand sinks used by employees did not have the required signage. Corrective action: stickers were provided to owner and placed on hand sinks at the time of inspection.

Inspector Comments: 3-101.11 Safe, Unadulterated and Honestly Presented (P) A bottle of tequila at the bar was adulterated with fruit flies. Corrective action: the facility owner voluntarily condemned the product at the time of inspection.
