Inspector Comments:
An employee was observed touching ready-to-eat blizzard (ice cream) with her bare hands.
Corrective Action: The inspector educated the person in charge to use a barrier, such as gloves or utensils, when working with ready to eat foods.

Inspector Comments:
An open package of confetti icing, an open container of brownie batter base, and an open can of whipped cream were date marked with discard dates past 7 days.
Corrective Action: The inspector educated the person in charge about appropriate date marking procedures. The person in charge discarded the confetti icing and brownie batter base (see voluntary condemnation).
