Inspector Comments: 5-205.11 Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance (Pf) A pitcher and brush were observed at the basin of the drive-thru hand sink, thus making it inaccessible. Corrective Action: An employee moved the items. The inspector educated the person in charge that hand sinks should only be used for hand washing.

Inspector Comments: 3-501.17 Ready-To-Eat Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Date Marking (Pf) Open containers of sliced American cheese located in the walk-in refrigerator were not marked with a date of opening nor with a date of discard. Corrective Action: The person in charge had the containers labeled.

Inspector Comments: The hand washing sink next to the drive-thru was blocked by a plastic water can, rendering it inaccessible for hand washing. An employee was observed rinsing a sanitizer rag in the drive-thru hand washing sink. Corrective action: the plastic water can was removed, and the inspector reviewed hand sink use with the person in charge.
