Inspector Comments:
5-205.11 Using a Handwashing Sink-Operation and Maintenance (Pf)
A pitcher and brush were observed at the basin of the drive-thru hand sink, thus making it inaccessible.
Corrective Action: An employee moved the items. The inspector educated the person in charge that hand sinks should only be used for hand washing.

Inspector Comments:
The hand washing sink next to the drive-thru was blocked by a plastic water can, rendering it inaccessible for hand washing. An employee was observed rinsing a sanitizer rag in the drive-thru hand washing sink.
Corrective action: the plastic water can was removed, and the inspector reviewed hand sink use with the person in charge.

Corrective Action: Inspector asked operator to clean hand sink. Use of sink exclusively for hand washing was discussed.
